Hi, I'm Octavia Scott - a professional body builder and breast cancer survivor committed to women's health and fitness. I'm also a proud Soldier in the United States Army, with over 23 years of active service. Last year I suffered a professional set back. I used that time to reflect and reexamine my goals. That's when I made the decision to pursue a second passion - coaching.
Most people don't know this, but I entered menopause almost 10 years ago. It began after I underwent a hysterectomy in my late 30s to treat endometriosis. I dealt with "the change" alone.
That's why my programs are specifically designed for women over 35 who are in the perimenopause, menopause, or post menopause stage of life. Because I want to help women, like you (and me), who are done suffering in silence. And more importantly, who are STILL DETERMINED to have their BEST BODY - inside and out.
